Razez M. has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations and roles. In 2023, they worked as a Brand Protection Analyst at both Corsearch and Global IT Support. In 2022, they served as a National Facilitator at the RISE Foundation, where they modified the nutrition module and facilitated youth nutrition training. Additionally, Razez M. worked as a National Facilitator at the Badan Narkotika Nasional Republik Indonesia, helping create modules for preventing drugs and implementing anti-narcotics programs for adolescents. They also worked as a National Facilitator at the Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional, where they implemented Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights programs for adolescents and educated marginalized communities.

In terms of research and study, Razez M. served as a Research Study Assistant at the Cross Sector Development Partnerships Initiative (XSPI), where they created a summary report on Indonesia's progress against its SDGs and identified areas for prioritization. They also participated in the Australia Indonesia Youth Exchange Program (AIYEP) as a delegate in 2022.

Razez M.'s work experience also includes positions in drafting, surveying, and exchange programs. They worked as a Drafter at the University of Brawijaya, conducting assessments of indicators in Kota Layak Anak to measure the implementation of KLA. They were also a Surveyor at Dinas Pertanian Sampang, involved in a mapping project and conducting interviews related to agriculture. Additionally, they participated in the Sakura Science Program as an exchange student at the University of Miyazaki, representing Indonesia and sharing knowledge on natural disasters, coastal management, and city planning.

Razez M. began their education at SMAN Unggulan MH Thamrin Jakarta in 2016 and completed it in 2019. Their field of study during this period was Ilmu Alam (Natural Sciences). After completing high school, Razez M. attended the University of Brawijaya, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Studi Perkotaan (Urban Studies). Razez started their engineering program in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2023. Additionally, Razez M. obtained two certifications during their education journey. In 2022, they received an English Proficiency Test score of 115 from the Duolingo English Test. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Understanding Intellectual Property from LinkedIn.
