Michael Sarwo Bagja Pamungkas has a diverse work experience. Michael Sarwo started their career in 2019 as a Student Librarian intern at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, where they gained knowledge and skills in library operations, circulation services, and library management systems. In 2020, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at Universitas Airlangga and as a Project Archivist at Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kota Malang.

In 2021, Michael joined Ruangguru.com as an Educational Consultant, responsible for sales activities, customer service, and consultation for leads. Michael Sarwo utilized data-driven approaches, conducted sales calls, and maintained relations with leads.

Currently, Michael is working at Global IT Support as a System Support Specialist, starting in 2022.

Michael Sarwo Bagja Pamungkas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from Universitas Airlangga, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Python Fundamental for Data Science and R Fundamental for Data Science from DQLab in November 2021. Michael Sarwo also obtained an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 68/100 (C1 Advanced) from EF Standard English Test in January 2020.
