Yogesh Joshi is an experienced professional in hydrology and remote sensing, currently serving as an Associate at GIST Impact since May 2022. Previously, Yogesh held the position of Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from July 2018 to July 2021, and at the National Institute of Hydrology from August 2017 to June 2018, focusing on hydrological modeling for snow and glacier melt estimation under a project aligned with the National Mission for Sustaining the Himalayan Ecosystem. Yogesh's career began as a Trainee at the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing from August 2015 to August 2017, and as an Application Engineer at M M Aqua Technologies Ltd from June 2012 to July 2015, where responsibilities included providing technical support and solutions to clients regarding MBBR and SAFF technologies. Yogesh holds an M. Tech degree in Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics, Water Resources, from the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, and a B. Tech in Environmental Engineering Technology from Motivational Pathway.
