Mahima Sukhdev has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Mahima started their career as a Researcher at the Yale Center for Environmental Law & Policy in 2009. Mahima then worked as an Associate at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, where they focused on international development. Following that, they joined GreenOrder (an LRN Advisory Group) as an Analyst. Mahima later transitioned to LRN as a Consultant, specializing in corporate ethics, culture, governance, and leadership.
In 2013, Mahima joined 4iNNO, LLC as a Senior Consultant, contributing their expertise in innovation. During their time there, they worked on developing disruptive products for Fortune 50 companies. 4iNNO was later acquired by PA Consulting, where it became the innovation arm of the company.
Their next significant role was at Xynteo, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Principal, Director of Xynteo Methods, and Head of Innovation & Acceleration. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and implementing tools and methodologies to drive impact for clients.
In 2020, Mahima became a Global Advisory Board Member at BirdLife International, an organization focused on environmental conservation.
Their most recent position is at GIST, where they started as the Head of Product Strategy in 2021 and later became the SVP of Commercial Development in April 2022. In this role, they transformed GIST into a product-based organization and led a team to design and deliver key investor data offerings, which have been adopted by major sovereign wealth funds and asset managers.
Throughout their career, Mahima Sukhdev has demonstrated expertise in sustainability, innovation, strategy, and ethics, making valuable contributions to various organizations.
Mahima Sukhdev holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Environmental Law & Policy from Yale University. Mahima has also obtained additional certifications, including "Introduction to Python - Data Analysis and Programming" from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2019 and "Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects" from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2015.
