Shalice Sherald

Young Professionals Board Member at Girls on the Run Georgia

Shalice Sherald, PMP, currently serves as the Community Programs Manager at Experience Camps for Grieving Children, where responsibilities include developing and implementing clinically-informed grief support programs for underserved communities. Shalice is also an active member of Hue and ForbesBLK, advocating for change and supporting Black entrepreneurs and creators. In addition, Shalice holds a position as a Young Professionals Board Member for Girls on the Run Atlanta, promoting confidence and life skills among girls. Previous roles include Creative Project Manager at SCLC, where successful design and production strategies led to significant revenue increases, and Project Management Consultant for L & S Freight Forwarders, focusing on establishing best practices in program management. Shalice’s background includes program coordination for transformative online learning experiences at Design the Future and engagement management at STE(A)M Truck, enhancing educational opportunities for thousands of students. Shalice holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Clark Atlanta University and an MA in Creative & Innovative Education from Georgia State University.
