Amanda Silberstein is currently a Business Development Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Girls Into VC, leveraging experience gained from previous positions including a Corporate & Investment Bank Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan and a Director of Marketing and Communications at RheoHero, an early-stage start-up at Cornell University. Amanda's background includes various roles such as Success Fellow at SEO, Venture Fellow at RippleX Fellowship, Meeting and Events Agent at The Statler Hotel, and internships at Dwight Capital and Hospitality Farm. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management at Cornell University, Amanda also contributed to the Leadership Council at UJA-Federation of New York during academic tenure at Bar-Ilan University and Sar High School.
