Crystal Watts currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Activities in the Community Engagement Office at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where responsibilities include student mentoring, volunteer networking, and program development. In addition, Crystal is the Volunteer Support Coordinator for Girl Scouts River Valleys, focusing on supporting and growing the organization in Southwest Minnesota. Previous experience includes roles at BH Electronics Inc as a Skills Trainer and various positions at AmeriCorps VISTA and First Independent Bank, where skills in customer service and problem-solving were developed. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southwest Minnesota State University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
