Susan Osborn has extensive experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations, particularly in the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio since 2008, where Susan currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing strategic planning, operational budgeting, volunteer management, and various program initiatives. Prior to this, Susan held the position of Chief Strategy Officer within the same organization and served as Assistant Executive Director at Girl Scouts- Great Rivers Council from 1990 to 2007. Earlier in their career, Susan worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati Medical School, managing lab operations, and in property management for Community Options. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Cincinnati.
