Jennifer Talley, MBA, PMP, is a Senior Business Implementation Manager at Silicon Valley Bank, where responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery, developing Go to Market strategies, and overseeing change management for product launches and client migrations. Jennifer also served as a Senior Business Analyst at Silicon Valley Bank and enStage, focusing on business process analysis and translating complex requirements into system specifications.
