Kathleen Dabrowski is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri, where current roles include Director of Capital Projects and Risk Management, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Program Officer. Since March 2019, Kathleen has played a pivotal role in overseeing girl and adult membership initiatives and developing educational opportunities for adult volunteers. Previous positions held include Senior Director of Girl and Adult Development and Director of Girl Development, demonstrating a strong commitment to the advancement of the organization's strategic goals through effective team leadership and program development. Kathleen's educational background includes studies at William Woods University.
