Marty Willis

Marty Willis is the current Director at Girl Scouts of Greater NY. Prior to this, they were with Nuveen from May 2016 to July 2020, where they served as the Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. During their time there, they co-led the asset management business strategy and helped to develop the brand strategy for the company. Additionally, they were responsible for leading the integration of 13 separate asset managers into one unified purpose driven brand.

Willis has extensive experience in marketing and communications, and has successfully led multiple performance marketing organizations. Marty is skilled in data and analytics, and has a proven track record of increasing client acquisition, cross sell, and retention rates. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, Nuveen is now ranked among the top 15 asset mangers in the world.

Marty Willis is a highly accomplished professional with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Marty is an excellent leader and communicator, and has a proven track record of success in the marketing and communications field. Girl Scouts of Greater NY is lucky to have their on board, and under their guidance, the organization is sure to continue to thrive.

Marty Willis has a BA in English from The University of the South and also attended Marblehead high school.
