Tracie (Waisanen) Osterhart has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as a Volunteer - Calhoun County Publicity Coordinator for the Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan since June 2016. Prior to this role, Osterhart held positions at Kellogg Company as a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist from June 2005 to December 2016, Visteon Corp as a Labor Relations Rep from 2000 to 2005, and Eaton Corporation as an HR Generalist & HR Supervisor from 1996 to 1999. Osterhart possesses a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Michigan Technological University.
