Alana Plamondon currently serves as a Membership Specialist II and previously held the position of Troop Support Specialist at Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan since January 2019, focusing on member recruitment and community outreach. Prior to this, Alana was an After School Program Lead at West Midland Family Center, where responsibilities included developing and implementing educational programs for children. Earlier experience includes roles as a Nanny with Girard Family Nanny, Site Assistant at Camp Fire Boys and Girls USA, and Sales Assistant at Victoria's Secret. Alana Plamondon holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Northwood University and an Associate's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Delta College, along with education in cosmetology.
