Anshika Patel is a proficient annual fundraiser at Washington and Lee University's Development Office, actively engaging with alumni, parents, and friends to secure financial support for the institution. Simultaneously, Anshika contributes as a student assistant in the Office of Alumni Engagement, organizing events to foster connections among alumni. With a rich background in leadership development through involvement in the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program and initiatives like #HungerFighters, Anshika focuses on addressing social issues such as food insecurity. Previous roles include founding Teaching Outstanding Youth to assist rural Indian students and leading water purification and smokeless stove projects with the Shiv Nadar Foundation. Anshika also has significant experience in MUN conferences, youth programs, and community service initiatives, showcasing a strong commitment to educational and social development. Current educational pursuits include a degree at Washington and Lee University, where Anshika is a junior.
