Mathieu Lecorre has extensive experience in IT service management and customer support, currently serving as ITSM and knowledge management lead at Orisha | Ginkoia since March 2011. Mathieu oversees customer service departments, including assistance and support, while administering BMC FootPrint solutions for ITSM and ticketing. Previously, Mathieu was the manager of two IT service workshops for businesses and individuals at Terlan from January 2005 to December 2009. Mathieu holds a degree from Université de Savoie, completed between 1995 and 1998.
