Tom Orzikowski has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions.

From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Computer Science Expert System Integration at Bull.

From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Junior IT Consultant at msg systems ag.

In 2012, they participated in the BMW i Global Qualification Program at BMW Group.

Also in 2012, they worked on their Bachelor thesis titled "Paid content in B2B: critical success factors demonstrated at the portal of www.innovations-wissen.de" while working as a Strategic Business Development at UNITY.

From 2013 to 2019, Tom was the Founder & Managing Director of open the door and cheesecake GmbH, an award-winning digital transformation agency. In this role, they were responsible for managing the entire business unit, client management, and developing concepts and strategies in various digital areas.

From 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Partner at VISARD GmbH, focusing on developing high-end Virtual Reality solutions.

From 2017 to 2020, they were a Co-Founder & VP Marketing at eyecandylab (acquired by Accedo). Tom played a crucial role in building the "AR Lens for Video" platform and was responsible for marketing, business strategies, and building relationships.

Currently, Tom serves as the Director of Marketing & Strategy at Gini. Tom joined in 2020 and is responsible for leading the marketing and strategy initiatives of the company.

From 2010 to 2013, Tom Orzikowski attended Hochschule Macromedia | Macromedia University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Media Management.
