With a long-standing commitment to blockchain standards, William contributes as a member of the Expert Team of the MIIT Blockchain Technical Standards and previously directed the Financial Blockchain Alliance. William's early career included vital roles at Kelan Software and ChinaSoft International, where expertise in financial technology and leadership were established.
