Lydia Southgate is a Midweight Designer at Ginger Ray since April 2022, with prior experience as a Designer at LING DESIGN from October 2021 to April 2022 and in various designer roles from 2019 to 2020 at the same company. Lydia gained valuable experience in a fast-paced environment, focusing on designing products such as wraps, cards, tableware, and partyware, while adeptly fulfilling briefs and creating artwork. Notable placements include UK Greetings and Sainsbury's, where contributions were made to design projects, including cards for Father's Day and childrenswear patterns. Lydia began as a Creative Intern at Sadler Jones, assisting with administrative and creative tasks. Lydia holds a BA (Hons) degree in Textiles from Cardiff Metropolitan University, completed in 2019.
