Emilie Sausset serves as the Responsable développement RH at Ginger since December 2019, collaborating with executive management, HR directors, and managers on various HR projects, including a digital onboarding process and a compensation benchmark. Previously, Emilie held the role of Responsable recrutement du Marché Banque at Aubay France from April 2017 to November 2019, where leadership of recruitment officers and management of recruitment metrics were key responsibilities. Emilie's career began at the Fondation et Hôpital Foch from January 2007 to March 2017, with roles including Chargée des Ressources Humaines overseeing personnel administration, recruitment, and training management. Emilie obtained a License professionnelle in Gestionnaire en Ressources Humaines from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and an MBA in Manager stratégique des Ressources Humaines from ESGRH.
