Catherine Alicia Barbour is an Associate Attorney at Gilson Daub since March 2023, with prior experience as a Hearings Officer for the Hawaii Department of Public Safety, where responsibilities included reviewing internal affairs investigations and conducting Pre-Disciplinary Due Process hearings. Barbour worked as a Law Clerk at The Law Offices of Edward J.S.F. Smith, preparing legal documents in family law and probate matters, and as a Legal Intern at the Blue Planet Foundation, focusing on legal research related to energy use and clean vehicle policy in Hawaii. Barbour holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa - William S. Richardson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Kapiolani Community College.
