Sarah Parker is a seasoned legal professional specializing in intellectual property, technology transactions, and life sciences. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Gilead Sciences since October 2021, Sarah previously held the position of Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from September 2013 to October 2021. Early career experiences include a Legal Intern role at the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic, where Sarah provided counsel on intellectual property and corporate issues. With a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, Sarah is also admitted to the California bar.
