Edson Espindola, MBA, CPIM, currently serves as Sr. Director of Sales & Operations Planning at Gilead Sciences, where responsibilities include architecting the S&OP process and leading its global implementation. Previously, Edson held the position of Director for Enterprise S&OP & GSC Communications Lead at Bristol-Myers Squibb, overseeing the eS&OP process for various product lines. In a prior role at Celgene, Edson managed global supply planning, and during a lengthy tenure at Novartis, Edson progressed through multiple leadership roles focused on supply chain excellence and operations across the Americas and Latin America. Edson's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration, a CPIM certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
