Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Gilead Community Services, Inc., since January 2018, Dave transitioned into retirement in September 2015 after a notable career in leadership roles. Key positions held include Transition Manager for US Marketing and Strategy at XL Catlin, Head of Strategy at Catlin, Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at XL Capital, and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at NAC Reinsurance. Dave's background also includes significant operational roles at ProHealth Physicians and Aeris Ventures, as well as a 17-year tenure at Aetna, culminating in various leadership positions.
