Simon Clement is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in global compensation and digital HR transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Compensation & Digital HR at Gildan since June 2014, Simon oversees executive compensation management, board disclosures, and global HR digital initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Global Compensation & HR at Gildan, Director of Global Compensation at Dessau, and HR Director for Dollarama. Simon also held previous positions at Reebok/CCM and Domtar, demonstrating proficiency in areas such as HR management, executive compensation, expatriation processes, and labor relations. Simon holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
