Lelia Parker is a Litigation Associate at Gilbert LLP since May 2021, with prior experience as an Associate at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP from September 2018 to May 2021. Lelia served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Clayton Greene Jr. from August 2017 to August 2018, and gained legal research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Baltimore School of Law in early 2017. Lelia also worked as a Rule 16 Student Attorney in the Pretrial Justice Clinic during the latter part of 2016 and completed roles as a Summer Associate at both Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and the Special Olympics in 2016 and 2015, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Clayton Greene Jr. and as a Care Coordinator for the East of the River Clergy Police Community Partnership. Lelia also contributed as a Legislative Intern for Catholic Charities while pursuing a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore, completed in 2014, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, attained in 2017.
