Toni Anastasiadis has a strong background in human resources, with a variety of managerial and directorial roles. Prior to joining Gilbert in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources, Toni worked as the Human Resources Manager at Crystorama from 2018 to 2022. Before that, Toni held a position as the Director of Human Resources at B/E Aerospace from 2014 to 2017, and as the Human Resources Manager from 2009 to 2014. Toni's career in human resources began at Pall Corporation in 2004, where they served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist until 2009. Prior to that, Toni worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Viotech Solutions, Inc. from 2002 to 2004.

Toni Anastasiadis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Adelphi University. Additionally, Toni has obtained a certification in Dispute and Conflict Resolution from Cornell University.
