Odete Estrela is a seasoned professional in the construction and engineering field, currently serving as a Sr. Project Engineer at Gilbane Building Company since October 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Project Manager at Callahan Construction Managers from December 2020 to September 2023 and at National Lumber from September 2017 to December 2020. Earlier roles involved working as a Steel Detailer at Harris Rebar and as a Civil Engineer at CPTP from 2008 to 2011. Odete holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from New England Institute of Technology, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade do Algarve, obtained in 2008, in addition to an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from New England Institute of Technology.
