Noorullah Sultani has extensive experience in project management and quality control within the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Quality Control Manager at Gila River Indian Community since February 2017, where responsibilities include planning, designing, and building resorts and casinos. Prior roles include Supervisory Construction Inspector/Project Engineer, overseeing the planning and construction of irrigation systems, and Special Inspector at Alpha Geotechnical & Materials, Inc., focusing on materials testing and inspections. Additionally, Noorullah Sultani worked as an Estimation Engineer at Blue Eyes Afghanistan LLC, managing technical narratives and bid proposals, and held various quality control roles at ECC. Earlier experience as a Civil Engineer was gained at Black & Veatch. Educational background includes a degree from Kabul Polytechnic University, completed in November 2009.
