Ronnie Wa-Mundalamo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership and financial management roles. Currently serving as the Chairperson of the Board and Non-Executive Director at Bureau of Market Research (Pty) Ltd since December 2018, and the Group Chief Financial Officer and Acting Group Chief Executive at Gijima since September 2020. Ronnie is also the Founder and Managing Director of Spinac Systems (Pty) Ltd since July 2018, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Non-Executive Director at AfroCentric Group since July 2012. Previous positions include Director of Finance - Expenditure Management at the University of South Africa, IFRS 15 Implementation Contractor at Vodacom, and various roles at Telkom, including Head of Management and Statutory Reporting. Ronnie Wa-Mundalamo holds an MBA from GIBS Business School and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
