Val Woulfe, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Accounting and SEC Reporting at G-III Apparel Group since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst at Sotheby's from June 2019 to October 2022, as well as Audit Staff and Audit Intern at Ernst & Young between October 2017 and June 2019. Additionally, Val Woulfe interned in internal audit at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company in the summer of 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Accountancy (M.S.A.) in Assurance and Advisory Services and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Studio Art, both from the University of Notre Dame.
