Anette Larsen has extensive experience in educational and organizational roles, currently serving as an Organisationskonsulent i Frivilligafdelingen at Gigtforeningen since 2006, where leadership of 700 volunteers and guidance on various operational aspects is provided. Previously, Anette worked as an Amtskonsulent at DGI from 2004 to 2006, supporting member associations with statutory changes and development processes. Anette started a teaching career at Bøvling Idrætsefterskole (1995-1998) and later at Skals Efterskole (1998-2004), instructing a variety of subjects, including Danish, English, and gymnastics. Anette holds a Pædagogisk Diplomuddannelse in Idræt from Københavns Universitet and is currently pursuing a Diplom in Ledelse at UCN.
