Lee Brown has over 17 years of professional experience in various roles. In 2020, they began working as the Vice President of Client Services for GigPro, an online staffing solution at the heart of the Gig economy. At GigPro, they designed, framed, and built out most of their client-side systems, including their CRM (Salesforce), Sales, Account Management, and Client Onboarding structures.

From 2015 to 2020, Lee Brown worked as the Business Manager and Business Consultant for Superior Windows and Roofing, LLC. In this role, they oversaw the end-to-end property insurance claim process and led the coordination for multiple time-sensitive projects. Lee also leveraged process improvements and strategy to drive internal efficiency and implement process improvements that reduced costs and enhanced client services, satisfaction, and retention.

From 2014 to 2015, Lee Brown worked as the Account Manager and B2B Sales for U.S. Green Building Council. In this role, they secured over $10M in B2B sales by leading the development and execution of account-focused growth strategies. Lee delivered high-impact demonstrations for SaaS that included performance monitoring, management, and online education platforms that helped professionals maintain their LEED certification.

From 2010 to 2014, Lee Brown worked as the Webmaster for Rainbow Play Systems. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Peer Mentor for Dial America Marketing. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as the General Manager for S & K Menswear Inc.

Lee Brown has an education history that includes attending Trident Technical College from 2010 to 2013. During that time, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Telecommunications Management, a Certificate in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce, a Certificate in Internet Programming, a Certificate in A+/Network+ Technician, a Certificate in Database, a Certificate in Microcomputer Business Applications, and a Certificate in Microcomputer Expert User. Brown also completed a Seminar in WordPress Software for Website Design at Code Camp Charleston in 2013. Prior to attending Trident Technical College, Brown attended R.B. Stall High. Additionally, Brown has obtained two certifications: a LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification, Inc. in 2017, and a TRUE Advisor from Green Business Certification, Inc. in 2018.
