Tarun Mehra is currently working as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Gigamon since December 2022. Before joining Gigamon, they had significant experience at HCL Technologies, where they held various technical roles. Tarun worked as a Technical Specialist from July 2021 to November 2022, as a Senior Technical Lead from January 2017 to June 2021, as a Technical Lead from January 2013 to December 2016, and as a Lead Engineer from August 2010 to December 2012. Prior to their tenure at HCL Technologies, Tarun worked as an Embedded Developer at Sugan Automatics Pvt. Ltd from March 2008 to July 2010.

Tarun Mehra completed their education in the field of electronics and communication. Tarun started with a diploma in electronics and communication from Punjab State Board of Tech Education and Industrial Training from 2000 to 2003. Tarun then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Beant College of Engg and Tech, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Later, Tarun completed a postgraduate diploma in Embedded Systems from CDAC Hyderabad, which they obtained in 2008.
