Santhosh M's work experience begins with an internship as a Software Engineer Intern at Gigamon in 2023. Prior to that, in 2022, they worked as a Consulting Intern at HighRadius. In 2021, they had a brief internship at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited.

Santhosh M completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM University between 2019 and 2023.
