Ailén Simon has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 as an Asesora de ventas at Osmecon circulo medico de lomas de zamora. In 2019, they worked as a Customer Experience Analyst at Brunetta, where they focused on providing excellent customer experience and managing social media and e-commerce platforms. From 2019 to 2021, they also worked as a Técnica de selección de personal at Brunetta, responsible for personalized customer service, resolving challenges, and managing billing.

In 2021, Ailén joined Super as a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Analyst, where they managed the entire recruitment and onboarding process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and managing new employee induction and onboarding.
