Yasser Dibs is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application support and network engineering. Currently serving as the Service Desk & Application Support Manager at GIG Saudi since April 2021, Yasser has previously held positions at AXA Cooperative Insurance Company as an Application Support Engineer and at Lamsa House as an Application Support Analyst, where responsibilities included resolving application errors and managing incidents. Yasser began a career as a System and Network Engineer at Al-Kawthar Properties, focusing on designing network solutions. Yasser holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Al Ahliyya Amman University, earned between 2000 and 2006.
