Rohit Joshi has a strong background in supply chain transformation. Rohit currently holds the position of Head of Workforce Transformation at Gig and Take. Prior to this, they worked at Baxter Planning from 2018 to 2023, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Transformation. Rohit was responsible for sales enablement, marketing, and go-to-market strategy for the development of the SaaS business. Before that, they worked at Xerox from 2013 to 2018 as the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain, leading the transformation of the company's supply chain. Rohit has also held the role of Supply Chain Director at Dell from 2006 to 2013 and started their career as a Supply Chain Analyst at IBM from 2002 to 2006.
Rohit Joshi began their education in 1995 at the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Rohit successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1999. In 2000, they enrolled at Virginia Tech, focusing on Management Systems and Operations Research. After two years of intensive coursework, Rohit obtained their Master's degree in 2002.
