Paula Bevacqua has a diverse work experience in customer success and graphic design/customer service. Paula started their career at The Original Runner Company in 2015, where they worked as a Graphic Designer and Customer Service representative. Paula'sresponsibilities included answering calls, reaching out to clients, and creating custom logos for events. In 2020, they transitioned to Giftogram as a Customer Success Manager and later became the Director of Customer Success. In these roles, they guided customers through gifting campaigns, ensured a seamless customer experience, and managed the customer service team.
Paula Bevacqua attended County College of Morris from 2013 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Graphic Design.
