Faiz Factoo serves as the Director of Analytics & IT at GIFTCRAFT since September 2017, contributing to the Senior Leadership Team by shaping business strategies through data insights. Faiz successfully led the end-to-end implementation of a modern cloud-based ERP system while establishing change management processes to cultivate a continuous improvement culture. Prior roles include Business Intelligence Manager, where the focus was on transforming the organization into a data-driven entity, and Business Intelligence Analyst, emphasizing the development of reports and dashboards. Previous experience encompasses the role of Education Coordinator at CPA Ontario, where budget oversight and data analysis were key responsibilities, and positions at Rogers Communications and IDC, enhancing sales and research capabilities. Faiz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto and additional data science qualifications from Udacity and business analysis certification from the same institution.
