Kristina Syvarth, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Development Program Manager at Gift of Life Donor Program, focusing on developing and implementing key talent programs, including performance management systems and employee development. Prior to this role, Kristina advanced through various positions at Saxbys, culminating in the role of VP of Talent and Learning, where responsibilities included leading talent programs and coaching department heads in training and development. With a strong background in experiential learning and training program execution, Kristina also has academic experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto, having earned a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Delaware.
