Cadi Melo has extensive experience in customer service and hospitality management, currently serving in a customer service role at GiftBasketsOverseas.com since October 2020. Cadi is also a joint owner of Bigfoot Hostel & Volcano Boarding, established in July 2012. Previous positions include cabin attendant at Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean International, as well as various management roles such as conference event manager, housekeeping manager, and front of house manager across several notable hospitality companies, including Heritage Hotels and Millennium Hotels and Resorts, since starting in the hospitality field in 2000.
