Tariq Hussein is an experienced engineering manager and technical lead with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently at giffgaff since August 2019, Tariq initially served as Technical Lead for the Community Platform, later transitioning to focus on Member Security and Engagement. Previously, at PowWowNow, Tariq held roles from Senior Developer to Development Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing remote and in-house teams and managing key backend solutions. Additional experience includes PHP development at Kurt Geiger and technical development at Workplace Law, along with early roles in education-driven technology development. Tariq holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from De Montfort University.
