Chris DeCicco currently serves as the Director of Information Technology for the US Region at Giesecke+Devrient, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Vice President of Business Technology Integration at Heartland from August 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included spearheading IT best practices and optimizing operations. From February 2013 to July 2022, Chris was the Global IT Infrastructure/Operations/Security Director at Brake Parts Inc. and First Brands Group, leading a team in the design and implementation of enterprise solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as the Client Engineering Manager at Crawford & Company, where Chris managed technical direction and client deliverables, and as the Sr. Client Technical Engineer Manager at Broadspire Services Inc., overseeing a team focused on endpoint management and service delivery. Chris DeCicco holds an Associate degree in Computer Science from McHenry County College.
