Nikola Banić started working at Gideon Brothers as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer in April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb starting in April 2013.

Nikola Banić started their education in 2008 at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Nikola then continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree between 2011 and 2013. Following this, Nikola pursued further educational achievements, enrolling in the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, to complete a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science from 2013 to 2016.
