Gregory E. Haas is GID¡¯s Senior Vice President of Treasury and Debt Capital Markets. Greg¡¯s primary responsibilities include all aspects of the firm¡¯s financing activities for the existing and to-be-acquired properties in GID¡¯s various multifamily portfolios. In addition, Greg oversees all treasury functions and cash operations for GID as well as short and long-term cash planning needs for the firm. Greg joined GID in April of 1998 as a Portfolio Accountant and moved into Treasury in April of 2000, where he has held a series of positions. Prior to his time at GID, Greg worked in a variety of finance positions at both closely-held and publicly traded firms. Greg received a B.S. in Economics from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. Greg¡¯s professional affiliations include being a member of the Real Estate Finance Association and the Association of Financial Professionals.
