Connor Bear currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Debt Capital Markets at GID since September 2024 and is a member of the Advisory Board for the UMass Real Estate Advisory Board. Previously, Connor held various roles in the Finance & Capital Markets division at Boston Properties from January 2019 to September 2024, progressing from Financial Analyst to Senior Financial Analyst and then Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Credit Analyst in Commercial Real Estate Lending at East Boston Savings Bank from May 2016 to December 2018 and a Global Treasury Intern at State Street in the summer of 2015. Early work experience includes a position as a Cook/Waiter at The Boathouse at Pier 37 from June 2012 to August 2014. Connor Bear earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a focus on Alternative Investments from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in 2016.
