John Perino is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and supervision. Currently serving as General Superintendent at SRM Development since September 2022, John previously held the position of Senior Mid Rise Construction Manager at Toll Brothers from June 2017 to September 2022. Prior to that, John worked as a Superintendent at Comstock Homes from October 2014 to June 2017 and held roles as Superintendent and Production Supervisor at Shea Homes from April 2006 to October 2014. John earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Management from California State University, Chico, between 1995 and 1998.
