Sara T. possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions at GIC since September 2014, culminating in the role of Vice President, HR Business Partner for Fixed Income & Equities and Data, Quant & Tech. Responsibilities include providing business advisory and operational support for the employee life cycle and enhancing talent management and leadership assessment processes. Prior to GIC, Sara T. served as an HR & Admin Executive at Acer and as an HR Admin & Operations Manager at Refresh Group Pte Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies. Sara T. holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing degree from RMIT University and a Diploma in Business Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
