Samrin Shaad Kabir has over 19 years of work experience in various companies and roles. Currently, they are the Head of People Analytics and Solutions at GIC. Previously, they worked at Grab as the Head of People Analytics, where they established the People Analytics team and provided insights-based support for projects. Before that, they were the Senior Manager of HR Analytics at AIA and a Data Scientist at DBS Bank. Samrin also held roles at Citibank NA, Barclays Bank Plc, India, Max New York Life Insurance, and GE Capital International Services, India.

Samrin Shaad Kabir holds a Masters of Business Administration (Full Time) degree from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Additionally, Kabir completed a Certificate Programme in Business Analytics at the Indian School of Business in 2016.
