Mafe Ramírez Cardenas has a diverse work experience. Mafe started working as a Community Manager at CLIMATEK Madrid S.L. in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and also took on the role of Graphic Design and Administration Intern at the same university, where they were involved in various activities related to the Animal Service to Humanity program. In 2018, Mafe became a Multimedia Designer at URJC online and later cofounded a company called Applergy. Mafe also served as a Cocreator at Poporo, a brand that specialized in creating accessories using the laser cutting technique. Mafe's responsibilities at Poporo included designing accessories, production, social media management, ecommerce creation, and selling at design markets and events. Mafe joined Telefónica in 2020 as a Design and Communication Specialist for Social Media. Currently, Mafe works as a Product Designer at gibobs allbanks, starting in 2022. This comprehensive work experience showcases their skills in graphic design, multimedia design, social media management, branding, and product design.

Mafe Ramírez Cárdenas has a diverse education history. In 2013-2014, they pursued a double degree in Business Administration and Audiovisual Communication at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. From 2014 to 2018, they focused on interior design at the same university, earning a degree in Integrated Design with a specialization in interior design. Additionally, in 2016, they took an intermediate English course at the Islington Center for English in London. Mafe also completed an advanced course in Community Management at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in the same year. In 2018-2019, they attended the University of Deusto for a Citizen Bootcamp program. Moreover, they participated in the Santander Explorer program at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2019. Lastly, in 2021, they enrolled in a Usability and User Experience program at Escuela de Organización Industrial.
